As a panorama urbanist and architect, he’s the recipient of the 2008 Canada Prix de Rome in Architecture and the Curator for the Canada Pavilion advert Canadian Exhibition, “EXTRACTION,” on the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale ( Dr. Bélanger has penned the Pamphlet Architecture Series from Princeton Architectural Press, 35th Edition, GOING LIVE: from States to Systems (pa35.web). He can be the co-creator of the upcoming quantity ECOLOGIES OF POWER: Mapping Military Geographies & Logistical Landscapes of the U.S. Department of Defense and co-editor with Jennifer Sigler of the thirty ninth problem of Harvard Design Magazine, Wet Matter.
